   project summary
This recent development on the Cassiobury Park estate in Watford sub divided a corner plot with existing house and garage into two properties. The garage was demolished & relocated to the rear and a new 5 bedroom house was constructed sympathetically in Mock Tudor to blend with the existing houses in the road.
