This existing large maisonette over 2 floors was a Medical building on Southwood Avenue, Highgate, within one of North London's most sought-after conservation areas. It has been transformed into a period home by adding an additional storey by converting the loft space.. The project carefully balanced the preservation of the property's character with the introduction of contemporary finishes, creating a refined and functional family home throughout.
