Mayfair restaurant refurbishment

Architects:

Lanyon Hogg Associates

The main aim of the refurbishment project was to relocate the commercial kitchens from the ground floor level down to the basement and also increase the capacity of the restaurant with the reclaimed ground floor space. The restaurant remained open for 80% of the project and only closed for a period of 4 weeks while the final changeover took place.

Delfino on Mount Street is an institution, originally opened in 1953 as Marquis Restaurant and changing names in 2001, it has been in the same family for over 70 years and we were thrilled to embark on the refurbishment.
